Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on realleather.au with Aaheli Oceania Pty Ltd (ABN 14 538 875 824), trading as Real Leather. By placing an order, you agree to these terms alongside our Terms of Use and Returns Policy.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AUD), US Dollars (USD), or Euros (EUR) depending on your selected shipping region. Prices for Australian orders include GST. Prices for international orders do not include your local import duty or tax — see "International orders" below.
Payment
We accept payment by credit/debit card and PayPal, processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Payment is taken at the time your order is placed. We do not store your card details.
Order acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order — for example due to a stock or pricing error, or a failed payment — in which case you will be notified and fully refunded. A contract of sale is formed once we confirm and dispatch your order.
Shipping
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, domestically within Australia and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery destination. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as they depend on Australia Post and, for international orders, local customs processing.
International orders — duty and import tax
For orders shipped outside Australia, applicable import duty, tax, and processing fees are calculated at checkout and included in your order total before you pay — this figure is calculated by Zonos, our landed-cost partner, based on your delivery address and the value of your order. You will not be charged additional customs fees on delivery beyond what was shown at checkout, except in circumstances outside our control (such as a change in your country's customs regulations after your order is placed).
Risk and ownership
Risk in the goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided. Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received payment in full.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your order at no cost any time before it has been dispatched, by reaching out via our Contact Us page. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns Policy applies instead.
Your consumer guarantees
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law — see our Returns Policy for how these apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
